It is very easy to incorporate blueberries into your diet. You can buy fresh blueberries if you plan on using them within a few days, and you can buy frozen ones that will retain their goodness, but will never go out of date, and will give you a fresh supply when out of season.

Ideas to eat fresh blueberries is to add them to your breakfast cereal each morning, include them in yoghurts, or simply just snack on them.

Ideas for frozen blueberries is to add them to a food processor along with other fruits such as strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, an apple, a banana, some fresh orange juice, and a few spoonfuls of yoghurt.

Blending this all together will create the perfect fruit drink, full of goodness, vitamins and nutrients.
